Ricardo García Soto

    As Managing Director and President, Ricardo is responsible for implementing company policies as well as ensuring the company stays focused on growth, profit and most of all, providing a great customer experience.

    Ricardo began his career at Wiegand S.A. de C.V., where his role was Product Engineering Supervisor. While in this role he was responsible for all product blueprints, setting up new production lines and training people using master standard data to increase productivity, as well as for all equipment and plant layout development. From there, he joined Simplimatic Engineering based in Lynchburg, Virginia as a Project Manager.

    Wanting to make his mark on the material handling industry, Ricardo decided to begin his own company, Conveyroll. Over the years Ricardo has evolved the company from a simple distributor to a full solution provider. He has partnered with many of the largest manufacturers in the world, including Interroll, Diafuku/Wynright, FMH and Roach Conveyors, allowing him to grow the company into one of the largest material handling integrators in Mexico.

    Ricardo received his degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey Mexico. He also earned certifications in Warehouse and Distribution Center Layout, Transportation Modeling and Distribution Logistics Modeling from Georgia Institute of Technology.

    As Managing Partner and VP of Strategy & Technology, Jason is responsible for defining objectives to gain market share and maximize profitability at Logimotion. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology initiatives. He comes to Logimotion with well-rounded experience from several industries.

    He joins the Logimotion from Amazon Web Services where he was a strategic product leader specializing in bringing new products to market, as well as globalization and localization of those products. Prior to that, Jason was Vice President of Product and Technology at Asure Software, a leader in workplace technology solutions for the mobile workforce, including workplace utilization, scheduling and workforce management. He has held numerous positions in Product and Technology leadership throughout his career. Jason started his career as an aviator in the US Air Force, flying combat missions during Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Liberation and many others.

    Jason holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He also obtained his Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from ASQ, as well as Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance.

    As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Jennifer is responsible for developing and driving global sales initiatives and evolving Logimotion's brand and competitive strategies.

    She brings to the position over 15 years of Sales and Client Relation Management experience that includes leadership roles and recognized sales achievements, along with an extensive track record of successfully working with clients to achieve desired outcomes through proactively assessing operational needs, analyzing trends, and identifying improvement opportunities. Jennifer has dedicated her career to developing and leading successful sales teams, specializing in workspace and workforce management solutions.

    Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Spanish from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
